Designed from the start with end-of-life in mind, NemoFlex™ is a manufacturing and materials innovation technology enabling a mattress de-constructed in under 5 minutes and achieve a 100% recycling capability.

At its heart lies the NemoFlex™ Core, a revolutionary encapsulated spring system that uses no staples or stitching. 

Easy to remove, it significantly reduces the time and cost of re-processing, making recovery and re-purposing of valuable materials more efficient, helping reduce the number of waste mattresses going to landfill each year.

We use a superior performance polyester filling for our NemoFlex™ mattresses that’s manufactured from a highly sophisticated blend of three polyester fibres, including a technically advanced elastomeric binder fibre that’s engineered to provide superior comfort, support and recovery, it’s 100% recyclable at the end of life and can be up-cycled into alternative products such as loft insulation.

For every NemoFlex™ mattress 200 plastic bottles are re-purposed diverting them from landfill

By the end of 2021, we aim to save over 8 million plastic bottles from landfill.

By the end of 2022, that will grow to over 16 million bottles.
