According to research conducted on behalf of the Sleep Council in the 2017 Great British Bedtime Report, almost a third of us (30%) are getting a poor night’s sleep and identify factors such as stress, noise disturbance and with a whopping one in 10 of us blaming poor sleep on an uncomfortable bed.*
