Pyjama parkrun – Competition T & Cs
- The promoter is: Millbrook UK Ltd (company no. 1728009) whose registered office is Calmore Industrial Park, Totton, Hampshire, UK SO40 3XJ
- The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom, with UK addresses, aged 18 years or over except employees of Millbrook Beds and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the competition.
- There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
- By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
- To enter on Facebook parkrunners wearing pyjamas on Sat 11th April 2020 must upload their selfie pictures to facebook.com/Millbrook.Beds
- To enter on Instagram parkrunners wearing pyjamas on Sat 11th April 2020 must post their selfie pictures using #parkruninpjs
- Multiple entries from the same person is accepted and the same entry can be posted on both social platforms, although the same photo will not be a winner on both platforms.
- Closing date for entry will be Thursday 16th April at midnight. After this date no further entries to the competition will be permitted. The winners will be selected and notified via Millbrook Beds Facebook and Instagram pages on Friday 17th April after midday.
- No responsibility can be accepted for entries not seen for whatever reason.
- The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
- The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
- The prize is as follows: 1 x Millbrook limited edition parkrun Perfect 2000, mattress on Facebook and 1 x Millbrook limited edition parkrun Perfect 2000, mattress on Instagram. (2 Total) Winners can choose between a Perfect double 2000 (135c190cm) or a Perfect king 2000 (150x200cm) mattress. There is a choice of Soft, Medium or Firm spring tension. Delivery included.
Other prizes – 4 pillows for runners up on Facebook and Instagram. (8 total.)
The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. Should a winner require an upgrade to a super king, there will be a supplementary charge to upgrade. - Winners will be chosen by a panel of Millbrook Beds judges from all photographic entries posted.
- If a winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
- Millbrook Beds will liaise via DM with the mattress winners on mattress comfort rating, place their order and arrange delivery. *Please note, we can’t guarantee delivery date and winners should expect a delay on receiving prizes due to the Corona Virus.
- Millbrook Beds decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
- The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
- The winners agree to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
- The winners’ names will be available 28 days after closing date by emailing the following address: chant@millbrook-uk.com
- Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
- This Competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook or Instagram. You are providing your information to Millbrook Beds and not to Facebook or Instagram. The information winners provide will not be stored and used for any future marketing purposes.
