Pyjama parkrun – Competition T & Cs

1. The promoter is: Millbrook UK Ltd (company no. 1728009) whose registered office is Calmore Industrial Park, Totton, Hampshire, UK SO40 3XJ
2. The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom, with UK addresses, aged 18 years or over except employees of Millbrook Beds and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the competition.
3. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
4. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
5. To enter parkrunners wearing pyjamas on Sat 26^th October 2019 must upload their selfie pictures to facebook.com/Millbrook.Beds, tagging in their local parkrun and #parkruninpjs.

6 Multiple entries from the same person is accepted

7. Closing date for entry will be Thursday 31^st Oct at midnight. After this date no further entries to the competition will be permitted. The winners will be selected and notified via Millbrook Beds Facebook page on Friday 1^st November.
8. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
9. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
10. The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
11. The prize is as follows: Five Millbrook limited edition parkrun Perfect 2000, mattresses for five different individuals to win. Winners can choose between a Perfect double 2000 (135c190cm) or a Perfect king 2000 (150x200cm) mattress. There is a choice of Soft, Medium or Firm spring tension. Delivery included. Plus 10 sleep goodie bags to win for runners up. The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prize(s) are not transferable.  Should a winner require an upgrade to a super king, there will be a supplementary charge to upgrade.
12. Winners will be chosen by a panel of Millbrook Beds judges from all photographic entries posted onto Millbrook Beds Facebook page.
13. If a winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
14. Millbrook Beds will liaise with the winner on mattress comfort rating, place their order and arrange delivery.
15. Millbrook Beds decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
16. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
17. The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
18. The winner’s names will be available 28 days after closing date by emailing the following address: Lindsay.chant@millbrook-uk.com
19. Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
20. This Competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook. You are providing your information to Millbrook Beds and not to Facebook. The information you provide will not be stored and used for any future marketing purposes.
