It’s been 73 years since Walter Croll opened his small upholstery and bedding workshop in the Millbrook area of Southampton. Craftsmanship was then and still remains today the foundation of our company, setting our values and approach in the way we’ve made furniture for the decades that have since passed.
Our company heritage has seen our craftsmanship furnish fleets of ships, luxury liners, the Houses of Parliament, Downing Street, in elegant private homes across the U.K. and in Embassies around the world. We’ve produced furnishings for television sets, restored antiques on display at Sterling Castle and Osborne House and, in between, we’ve also made a good deal of beds.
