So, we have a theory that the best days in lockdown are the ones that begin right. It’s not scientific in any way, but all our experience to this point tells us that if we begin our day positively, it somehow provides more momentum for it to continue that way.
And – in National Stress Awareness Month – one way we can start the day off right and look after our mental health is by being kind to ourself and beginning the day with a treat in some form.
